1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the furnace cleaning or repair service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion to discuss your concerns.
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include offering a partial refund, additional service at no extra charge, or a corrective repair.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the service was not performed to the agreed-upon standards, or if it failed to meet the quality expectations as described in our service agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be related to the quality of the work performed or a failure to deliver services as outlined in the original agreement.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service completion date. Please contact us at kianbenitez@bdaircleanfix.com or call (256) 381-1011 to initiate a refund request.
  • If your refund request is approved, a refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the service will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for services rendered as agreed if the customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to the quality of the service.
  • Refunds will not be granted for any services that were performed correctly but were not to the customer's satisfaction, unless there was an error on our part.
  • We do not provide refunds for services performed correctly, but where external factors (such as existing furnace damage or pre-existing conditions) affect the outcome.
